DEQ is actively researching best practices for managing the discharge of stormwater from facilities covered under the 1200A permit, and does not have a timeline for issuing the renewed permit.
On Dec. 15, 2015 DEQ reissued Oregon''s general 1200C and 1200CN permits for the discharge of stormwater associated with construction activities.
The current general graywater permit is valid until May 1, 2027. If you wish to continue permit coverage beyond May 1, 2027 DEQ must receive a permit renewal application form by March 2, 2027. If DEQ receives a complete renewal application on time, the permit will remain current until DEQ issues a new permit.

There will be a 35 day comment period, three public meetings (Pendleton, Portland, and Medford), and they plan to have the new permit approved and adopted by the end of June, 2010.
